In the second hour, NRVMI Executive Director Joann Bland gives us a walking tour of the museum, while also reflecting back on her memories as an 11-year-old who participated in the historic 1965 Selma to Montgomery Civil Rights March. In the third hour, we interview Howard Bayliss, president of Equality Alabama, a group that advocates on behalf of lesbian, gay, bi, and trans people, speaking about both the prejudice and the progress facing gay people in today's South.
